How to protect pearls

  • Avoid contact with sweat, perfume, hairspray, or detergents, as these can dull or damage the surface.

  • Avoid knocks or friction with hard objects, as pearls scratch easily.

  • Do not use alcohol, harsh chemicals, or ultrasonic cleaning.

  • If not worn for a while, clean them occasionally to maintain their luster.

  • Use a soft fabric pouch or a jewelry box; avoid direct sunlight and overly dry environments.

  • Do not keep them in airtight plastic bags for long periods — pearls need to “breathe.”

What is the difference between freshwater pearls and saltwater pearls?

    Freshwater pearls grow in rivers, lakes, and other freshwater environments.
    Saltwater pearls are cultivated in the ocean.
  2. Nucleus and Structure
    Freshwater pearls usually have no nucleus or only a very small one, making them almost entirely nacre and therefore denser.
    Saltwater pearls typically have a round nucleus covered with layers of nacre.
  3. Appearance and Luster
    Freshwater pearls come in various shapes—oval, irregular, baroque—with a soft luster and diverse colors.
    Saltwater pearls tend to be rounder, with a more intense, mirror-like shine, and are commonly used in fine jewelry.

Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the product:

  - Has not been used or damaged
  - Is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition
  - Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
We also do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products.

3. Return Procedure

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable.
We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within an estimated period of 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of error or product defect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the case.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping depending on the order amount and delivery region:

Spain and Portugal (Mainland): Free shipping on orders over €59; €6 if below.

Europe – Category 1: Free shipping on orders over €99; €15 if below.
(France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Andorra, Luxembourg)

Note: Shipping to Spanish islands (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, etc.) is calculated separately. Please contact us before placing your order.

Europe – Category 2: Free shipping on orders over €149; €35 if below.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is usually 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
Then, delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic orders: 2 to 7 business days

  • International orders: 7 to 20 business days

In rare cases, if a component is temporarily out of stock, the order may take up to 10–12 additional business days. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
